About Finiti
Finiti is a compliance layer for capital markets filings. Before a filing goes to a regulator, Finiti reconciles every number, ties each statement to its source document, checks the filing against the applicable disclosure rules, and records what it checked in a versioned trail.
It is built for the lean legal, compliance and reporting teams at listed companies, and for the law firms that advise them. Finiti helps those teams verify every statement, review against the Listing Rules and HKEX guidance, find precise precedents and draft from them, and work with their reporting colleagues on the same draft in less time.
Finiti is for the people who personally carry disclosure risk: company secretaries, general counsel, compliance officers, and the reporting and investor relations teams at Hong Kong-listed companies, and the capital markets lawyers who advise them.
It is designed in particular for issuers that carry the same Listing Rules obligations as much larger companies without a full disclosure team, including dual-listed companies and new listing applicants.
Finiti covers Hong Kong and US filings in one workspace: announcements, circulars, and interim and annual reports under the HKEX Listing Rules, and US SEC filings such as Forms 10-K and 20-F for dual-listed companies. It has multilingual support, including bilingual announcements. Coverage for the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) is coming.
Yes. Finiti has multilingual support for drafting and review, including bilingual announcements. The email agent, Finn, takes requests and returns work in the language you write in.
What Finiti checks
Yes, for the mechanical layer of the review. Finiti checks that each number agrees everywhere it appears, that cross-references point to the right place, that narrative statements are supported by source documents, and that each disclosure the Listing Rules require is addressed.
Finiti keeps its rules current: the Listing Rules and their appendices, and HKEX guidance letters, listing decisions and FAQs, are refreshed and mapped to each disclosure item. It then applies those rules to the facts of your company, drawn from your prior filings and your own documents, rather than to a generic issuer.
Every finding cites the page and section it relies on. Judgment calls, such as materiality and how to word a sensitive disclosure, stay with your team.
Yes. Tick-and-tie is the check that every figure and statement in a filing matches its support. Finiti reconciles each number across the document, ties narrative statements to their supporting source in your document vault, lists any support that is still outstanding, and logs what was checked, against which version, and when.
Your team reviews the inconsistencies Finiti flags instead of re-checking every figure by hand.
Finiti reads the draft against the Listing Rules that apply to the document, including the Corporate Governance Code (Appendix C1), the ESG Code (Appendix C2) and the financial information requirements in Appendix D2, together with HKEX guidance letters, listing decisions and FAQs. It flags missing or thin disclosure and cites the rule, page and section behind each flag.
For dual-listed companies, the same check runs against SEC requirements for the US filing.
Yes. Ask the way you would ask a colleague, for example “Chapter 18C issuers that changed business segments” or “whitewash waivers granted since 2023”. Finiti searches the announcements, circulars, listing documents and reports published on HKEXnews and returns the precise precedents, with the relevant passage highlighted and linked to its source.
Yes. Finiti builds first drafts from your own documents, prior filings and relevant precedent, and cites the source for every suggestion. It does not start from a generic template, so your team edits with judgment instead of rebuilding from scratch.
Yes. Finiti works inside Microsoft Word with the documents you already have, and exports findings as marked-up Word redlines and Excel matrices. Finiti is integrated with Workiva and SharePoint, works alongside iManage and Microsoft Office, and other integrations are available on request.
Finn is Finiti's email agent: a colleague that never sleeps. With email and folder access enabled, which depends on your deployment, Finn reads your email and folder context, so it can tell you which draft is the latest, who sent the latest markup or what changed this week. Email Finn a request, or forward a marked-up draft from opposing counsel, a thread of internal comments or a document to check, and the finished work comes back to your inbox: comments consolidated, a clean redline, language refined, and every change cited. When a new markup arrives, Finn can prepare the redline, comment table and supporting documents before you ask. Finn has multilingual support, and no login or prompting is needed.
Yes. In Finiti you assign tasks on the same filing to your own team, outside counsel, the reporting team and the company secretary, so every party works from one draft and one record of what was checked and approved.
Yes. Finiti verifies the prospectus line by line against everything the client provides: zip files, scanned images, spreadsheets and documents. It matches each statement to its support, puts what is missing on a request list, and drafts verification notes for the sponsor and legal advisers to review as part of the due diligence expected under Practice Note 21 to the Listing Rules.
Juniors see where the issues are instead of searching for them. The judgment on whether a statement is adequately supported stays with the sponsor and its advisers.
Yes. Finiti checks the ESG report against the ESG Code in Appendix C2, including the climate-related disclosures in Part D that apply for financial years beginning on or after 1 January 2025. It flags disclosures that are missing and items that need a 'comply or explain' explanation.
Accuracy and professional responsibility
Every Finiti finding cites the page and section of its source (the filing, the rule or the document in your vault), and every check leaves a versioned record of what was reviewed, against what, and when. You verify the trail, not the claim.
The same people as before. The directors who take responsibility for an announcement, circular or report, and the advisers on it, remain responsible for its content. Using a review tool does not shift that responsibility.
Finiti is built for that reality: it gives the people who sign off a documented record of what was checked and who approved the final language.
No. It protects their time. Reconciling numbers, checking cross-references and running line-by-line form checks never required legal judgment; they required attention and a record. Finiti takes that mechanical layer so your lawyers spend their hours on interpretation, strategy and risk, the work that actually requires them.
Security and confidentiality
Finiti runs on Microsoft Azure. Each customer's data is logically isolated and encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, and sign-in runs through your own single sign-on. Finiti is ISO 27001 certified, and the model provider processes your documents under a zero-data-retention agreement.
Controls, sub-processors and the documents your security team will ask for are in the Trust Center.
The managed service runs on Microsoft Azure in the United States. If your data must stay in a particular region or inside your own infrastructure, Finiti can be deployed in your own cloud tenant in the region you choose, or on-premises.
Finiti is ISO 27001 certified. We are completing a SOC 2 Type II audit, and the report will be shared under NDA once issued. Details are in the Trust Center.
Yes. Finiti supports single sign-on through your identity provider, with multi-factor authentication enforced there. Permissions are enforced in the application, and matter-level roles are in development. We also complete law firm and company security questionnaires as part of onboarding.
Comparisons and getting started
General-purpose AI generates plausible language from public text and asks you to trust the answer. Finiti works from your own documents and the applicable rulebook, cites every conclusion to its source, and keeps a versioned record of what was checked.
It runs specific work on a filing (verification, review against the Listing Rules, precedent research and drafting) rather than answering open-ended prompts. See the full comparison.
An associate brings judgment; Finiti brings complete coverage and a record. Finiti checks every number, cross-reference and required disclosure in the filing in minutes, with the same care on page 180 of an annual report as on page 1, and logs what it checked against which source and which version.
It does not exercise legal judgment: deciding what is material, framing a sensitive disclosure or advising the client stays with your lawyers. Finiti does the first pass, so associates spend their hours reviewing its findings and on the work that needs a lawyer.
Finiti integrates with Workiva and Intelligize. Workiva holds your filing data and Intelligize holds your research; Finiti is the workflow layer on top of them, where the work gets done.
For example: take a draft annual report from Workiva, tie every figure to its source, review it against the Listing Rules and HKEX guidance, and send back a redline. Take the precedent you found in your research and draft your own announcement from it, cited to your documents. Ask for precedents in plain language and get the passages that matter, not a reading list. See the full comparison.
In Hong Kong, Finiti is offered on the Enterprise plan, priced on your deployment requirements, such as on-premises hosting, additional modules and feature configuration. You can start with a free 14-day trial on your own filing. See pricing and the full comparison.
Yes. Finiti offers a free 14-day trial. Run it on your most recent work, typically a verification exercise or an annual report review, and judge the output against work your team has already done. You will know within one filing whether it earns a place in your process. Start your free trial.
