Capabilities

One layer for every listing document.

Verification

Prepare your PN21 pack.

Line-by-line verification against everything your client sends: zip files, scanned images, spreadsheets and documents. Finiti matches each statement to its support, puts what is missing on a request list, and drafts the verification notes for your review.

Review

Check the annual report against HKEX guidance.

Finiti reviews the annual report against the Listing Rules and their appendices, HKEX guidance letters and listing decisions, and the points HKEX raises in its reviews of issuers’ annual reports. Each issue is cited to the rule or guidance behind it while it is still private and fixable.

Research

Find precise precedents in plain language.

Ask the way you would ask a colleague, such as “Chapter 18C issuers that changed business segments” or “whitewash waivers granted since 2023”. Finiti returns the precise precedents, with the relevant passage highlighted and linked to its source, so you are reading the answer rather than searching for it.

Draft

Grounded first drafts, then iterate.

Finiti builds a usable skeleton first draft grounded in your documents and precedent, then you iterate inside the app: refine a paragraph, regenerate a section, or run the size tests to classify a transaction before you draft the announcement.

Email agent

Your colleague that never sleeps.

Finn reads your email and folder context*, tells you which draft is the latest, and prepares redlines, comment tables and document packs before you ask. Forward a marked-up draft or a thread of comments, and the finished work comes back to your inbox with every change cited. No login, no prompting.

* Email and folder access depend on your deployment.

The problem

Institutional scrutiny. Without institutional infrastructure.

A mid-cap issuer faces the same scrutiny from HKEX and the SFC as a market leader — without the large legal team, the disclosure committee, or the budget to send every question to outside counsel.

The facts stop matching

A number changes in one place and nobody catches every place it should have changed too. Two things break under that pressure — and this is the first.

The rules stop being tracked

Form checks run by hand, line by line, against requirements that update faster than any spreadsheet can follow.

This is the Disclosure Infrastructure Gap

Finiti closes it.

“We saved at least 50% of the time our trainee solicitors spend running verification. Juniors sometimes don’t know where the issues are, and Finiti helps them with issue spotting.”

— Capital markets lawyer, Hong Kong law firm

Lives where you work

Your workflow doesn’t change.
It just stops leaking hours.

Finiti works inside Microsoft Word, with the documents you already have. Findings export as marked-up Word redlines and Excel matrices. SharePoint · iManage · Microsoft Office Suite.

Accountability

AI for regulated work must show its work.

General-purpose AI gives you an answer. Regulated markets require you to defend one. Every conclusion in Finiti carries its provenance — preserved in an immutable log.

You don’t have to trust the output. Finiti shows you the trail.

  • Source

The source it came from — pinned in your document vault.

  • Version

The version reviewed, and what changed between drafts.

  • Rule

The rule applied, cited to page and section.

  • Approval

Who approved the final language — in an immutable log.

Why Finiti

Built for the people who
personally absorb disclosure risk.

Trusted by company secretaries, investor relations teams, dual-listed companies, new listing applicants, and the advisors who serve them.

For capital markets partners

Fixed-fee engagements shouldn’t be subsidized by all-nighters. Finiti takes the mechanical layer — tick-and-tie, form checks, consistency review — so your team’s hours go to judgment, and every conclusion arrives with its trail attached. Protect the margin. Keep the accountability.

For legal & compliance teams of one

You carry the same disclosure obligations as a company ten times your size — often alone. Finiti gives you the preparation of a full disclosure committee: every fact verified, every rule checked, every source documented, before anything leaves the building. The output of a much larger department. Without building one.

Customer testimonials

“Impressive, and outperforms general models by a large margin.”

— Investor relations officer, HKEX-listed company, on Finiti’s HKEX guidance and Listing Rules checks

“It can replace a mid-level associate.”

What is Finiti?

Finiti is a compliance layer for capital markets filings. Before a filing goes to a regulator, Finiti reconciles every number, ties each statement to its source document, checks the filing against the applicable disclosure rules, and records what it checked in a versioned trail.

It is built for the lean legal, compliance and reporting teams at listed companies, and for the law firms that advise them. Finiti helps those teams verify every statement, review against the Listing Rules and HKEX guidance, find precise precedents and draft from them, and work with their reporting colleagues on the same draft in less time.

How does Finiti review a filing against the HKEX Listing Rules and guidance?

Finiti reads the draft against the Listing Rules that apply to the document, including the Corporate Governance Code (Appendix C1), the ESG Code (Appendix C2) and the financial information requirements in Appendix D2, together with HKEX guidance letters, listing decisions and FAQs. It flags missing or thin disclosure and cites the rule, page and section behind each flag.

For dual-listed companies, the same check runs against SEC requirements for the US filing.

How do I know the output is accurate? AI tools hallucinate.

Every Finiti finding cites the page and section of its source (the filing, the rule or the document in your vault), and every check leaves a versioned record of what was reviewed, against what, and when. You verify the trail, not the claim.

Does Finiti replace lawyers?

No. It protects their time. Reconciling numbers, checking cross-references and running line-by-line form checks never required legal judgment; they required attention and a record. Finiti takes that mechanical layer so your lawyers spend their hours on interpretation, strategy and risk, the work that actually requires them.

Our filings contain MNPI. Is our data safe?

Finiti runs on Microsoft Azure. Each customer's data is logically isolated and encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, and sign-in runs through your own single sign-on. Finiti is ISO 27001 certified, and the model provider processes your documents under a zero-data-retention agreement.

Controls, sub-processors and the documents your security team will ask for are in the Trust Center.

How is Finiti different from ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot?

General-purpose AI generates plausible language from public text and asks you to trust the answer. Finiti works from your own documents and the applicable rulebook, cites every conclusion to its source, and keeps a versioned record of what was checked.

It runs specific work on a filing (verification, review against the Listing Rules, precedent research and drafting) rather than answering open-ended prompts. See the full comparison.

How much does Finiti cost?

In Hong Kong, Finiti is offered on the Enterprise plan, priced on your deployment requirements, such as on-premises hosting, additional modules and feature configuration. You can start with a free 14-day trial on your own filing. See pricing and the full comparison.

Can we try Finiti on our own filings first?

Yes. Finiti offers a free 14-day trial. Run it on your most recent work, typically a verification exercise or an annual report review, and judge the output against work your team has already done. You will know within one filing whether it earns a place in your process. Start your free trial.
