For HKEX-listed companies and their advisers
HKEX filings, checked against the rulebook.
Finiti verifies the listing document against everything your client sends, reviews annual and interim reports against the Listing Rules and HKEX guidance, and finds precise precedents on HKEXnews. Every finding is cited to the rule and the page behind it.
What Finiti checks
The work behind every listing document and report.
PN21 verification
Each statement in the prospectus matched to its support across zip files, scanned images, spreadsheets and documents. What is missing goes on a request list, and the verification notes are drafted for the sponsor and legal advisers to review.
Listing Rules and HKEX guidance
Reports reviewed against the Listing Rules and their appendices, including the Corporate Governance Code (Appendix C1), the ESG Code (Appendix C2) and Appendix D2, with HKEX guidance letters, listing decisions and FAQs.
Climate disclosure
The ESG report checked against the climate-related disclosures in Part D of Appendix C2, which apply for financial years beginning on or after 1 January 2025, with items that need a comply-or-explain statement flagged.
Notifiable and connected transactions
Run the size tests to classify a transaction under Chapter 14 before you draft the announcement, and check connected and continuing connected transaction disclosure under Chapter 14A.
Precedents on HKEXnews
Ask in plain language, such as “Chapter 18C issuers that changed business segments”, and get the precise announcements, circulars and reports, with the relevant passage highlighted and linked.
Results season and dual listings
Annual results are due within three months of the year end and interim results within two. Finiti carries last period’s report forward, and for dual-listed issuers checks it against the SEC filing so the two say the same thing.
“Impressive, and outperforms general models by a large margin.”
