Capabilities

One layer. Every check. Every filing.

Provenance

File with evidence, not assumptions.

Finiti reconciles every number, checks every cross-reference, and ties each narrative statement to its supporting source in your document vault. Inconsistencies surface before a regulator, an investor, or opposing counsel finds them — with a versioned trail of what was checked, against what, and when.

Form check

Know what will draw regulatory attention before you file.

Finiti runs the form check against Regulation S-K, current staff guidance and C&DIs, and the patterns in recent SEC comment letters — the same line-by-line review your team runs by hand today, done in minutes and cited to page and section. Issues surface while they’re still private, reviewable, and fixable.

Benchmark

Know when your disclosure is the outlier.

Paragraph-level comparison against your true peers and market practice. See where your language is standard, thin, inconsistent, or novel — and act before the market reaches the same conclusion.

Draft

Stop spending manual hours on mechanical roll-forwards.

Finiti rolls last period’s filing forward with this period’s numbers and facts, drawn from your own documents, prior filings and relevant precedent. Every change is cited to its source. Your team edits with judgment instead of rebuilding the draft by hand.

Email agent

Your colleague that never sleeps.

Finn reads your email and folder context*, tells you which draft is the latest, and prepares redlines and comment tables before you ask. Forward a marked-up draft from opposing counsel or a thread of comments, and the finished work comes back to your inbox with every change cited. No login, no prompting.

* Email and folder access depend on your deployment.

The problem

Institutional scrutiny. Without institutional infrastructure.

A $300M company faces the same regulatory scrutiny as a $30B one — without the 30-person legal team, the disclosure committee, or the budget to send every question to outside counsel.

The facts stop matching

A number changes in one place and nobody catches every place it should have changed too. Two things break under that pressure — and this is the first.

The rules stop being tracked

Form checks run by hand, line by line, against requirements that update faster than any spreadsheet can follow.

This is the Disclosure Infrastructure Gap

Finiti closes it.

“The biggest pain is inconsistency of information. Even person make mistakes. How do you make sure info within the report ties with everything else inside the report?”

— General Counsel, Nasdaq-listed company

Lives where you work

Your workflow doesn’t change.
It just stops leaking hours.

Finiti works inside Microsoft Word, with the documents you already have. Findings export as marked-up Word redlines and Excel matrices. SharePoint · iManage · Microsoft Office Suite.

Accountability

AI for regulated work must show its work.

General-purpose AI gives you an answer. Regulated markets require you to defend one. Every conclusion in Finiti carries its provenance — preserved in an immutable log.

You don’t have to trust the output. Finiti shows you the trail.

  • Source

The source it came from — pinned in your document vault.

  • Version

The version reviewed, and what changed between drafts.

  • Rule

The rule applied, cited to page and section.

  • Approval

Who approved the final language — in an immutable log.

Why Finiti

Built for the people who
personally absorb disclosure risk.

Trusted by investor relations teams, foreign private issuers, dual-listed companies, recent IPOs, and the advisors who serve them.

For capital markets partners

Fixed-fee engagements shouldn’t be subsidized by all-nighters. Finiti takes the mechanical layer — tick-and-tie, form checks, consistency review — so your team’s hours go to judgment, and every conclusion arrives with its trail attached. Protect the margin. Keep the accountability.

For legal & compliance teams of one

You carry the same disclosure obligations as a company ten times your size — often alone. Finiti gives you the preparation of a full disclosure committee: every fact verified, every rule checked, every source documented, before anything leaves the building. The output of a much larger department. Without building one.

Customer testimonials

“We caught a non-GAAP presentation issue our outside counsel missed — three weeks before our 10-K was due. The tool paid for itself in that one filing.”

— VP, Investor Relations, Small-cap technology company

“Our benchmarking process is a massive Excel with one tab per year. Paralegals pull clauses manually. Hours of back-and-forth — ‘not quite right, add this company, change this lens.’”

— Corporate counsel, Fortune 500 company, on the process Finiti replaces

“It can replace a mid-level associate.”

What is Finiti?

Finiti is a compliance layer for capital markets filings. Before a filing goes to a regulator, Finiti reconciles every number, ties each statement to its source document, checks the filing against the applicable disclosure rules, and records what it checked in a versioned trail.

It is built for the lean legal, compliance and reporting teams at listed companies, and for the law firms that advise them. Finiti helps those teams file disclosure that is accurate, consistent and stronger in the market; work with their reporting colleagues on the same draft in less time; and roll forward and benchmark filings with ease.

How do I know the output is accurate? AI tools hallucinate.

Every Finiti finding cites the page and section of its source (the filing, the rule or the document in your vault), and every check leaves a versioned record of what was reviewed, against what, and when. You verify the trail, not the claim.

ABA Formal Opinion 512 warns that uncritical reliance on AI output without independent verification can lead to inaccurate advice. The trail is what makes that verification practical.

Does using an AI tool waive attorney-client privilege?

Not automatically, but the tool's terms and how it is used matter. In United States v. Heppner (S.D.N.Y., February 2026), Judge Rakoff held that a defendant's exchanges with a consumer AI chatbot were not privileged: the platform's terms allowed disclosure of user data, and he used it on his own initiative rather than at counsel's direction.

The court left open how privilege applies to tools used at counsel's direction under confidentiality terms. Finiti is an enterprise platform in which each customer's data is isolated from every other customer's. Related: You cannot blame the AI.

Does Finiti replace lawyers?

No. It protects their time. Reconciling numbers, checking cross-references and running line-by-line form checks never required legal judgment; they required attention and a record. Finiti takes that mechanical layer so your lawyers spend their hours on interpretation, strategy and risk, the work that actually requires them.

Our filings contain MNPI. Is our data safe?

Finiti runs on Microsoft Azure. Each customer's data is logically isolated and encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, and sign-in runs through your own single sign-on. Finiti is ISO 27001 certified, and the model provider processes your documents under a zero-data-retention agreement.

Controls, sub-processors and the documents your security team will ask for are in the Trust Center.

How is Finiti different from ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot?

General-purpose AI generates plausible language from public text and asks you to trust the answer. Finiti works from your own documents and the applicable rulebook, cites every conclusion to its source, and keeps a versioned record of what was checked.

It runs specific checks on a filing (reconciliation, form check, benchmarking) rather than answering open-ended prompts. See the full comparison.

How much does Finiti cost?

The Finiti Team plan costs US$325 per seat per month: a flat fee with no token or overage charges. Enterprise pricing depends on your deployment requirements, such as on-premises hosting, additional modules and feature configuration. You can start with a free 14-day trial on your own filing. See pricing and the full comparison.

Can we try Finiti on our own filings first?

Yes. Finiti offers a free 14-day trial. Run it on your most recent filing, typically the form check or verification, and judge the output against work your team has already done. You will know within one filing whether it earns a place in your process. Start your free trial.
